Beyond the Veil…
Ageless squabbles, two races fighting for survival, and an unlikely alliance? No, this isn’t describing America in the last month, I’m talking about Beyond the Veil by Jessica Majzner, a novel which features all of your favourite night dwellers. Vampires and Werewolves are at it again in this young adult fantasy tale, but it seems to have more flesh on its bones (pardon the pun) than other stories in the same genre with undead werewolves, and the sanctity of worlds hangs in the balance.

Tell My Dad is a pretty interesting tale. It took me a while to get around to reading and writing it, but when I did, I read it in one sitting. Generally you would think that means it was a good read. Sometimes it means the complete opposite and you just want to be done with it. This title fits somewhere in between.
